Emmanuel Books & Gifts does not have e-commerce facilities and therefore we will never ask for your credit card number or other sensitive personal or financial information. When you send your order form to us, we will process it at our end and contact you to make arrangements to send it to you.

Should you not wish to provide the requested personal information, you may still purchase products from our physical store at the Metropolitan YMCA, 60 Stevens Road , by paying in cash in full at the time of purchase.

We will endeavour to ensure the information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at info@emmanuel-books.com. If you find any inaccuracies, please inform us and we will delete or correct it promptly.

Marketing

For marketing purposes, we may send you periodic e-mail notifications from us with information on new additions to the site, new titles, services and events. If you do not wish to receive such emails, you may notify us by sending an email to info@emmanuel-books.com and we will remove you from our mailing list.

We will however e-mail you if it is required with regard to order status or any queries that regard your account or any order that you have made on the website. We are obliged to store your personal data so that your orders can be processed and fulfilled and your account maintained. 

We never make your personal details available to organisations outside Emmanuel Books & Gifts for marketing purposes without your express consent.
